Come See Where Your Homes Are Built.

Walk our factory floor, step inside finished models, and watch homes come to life in real time. A Wolf Valley tour gives you and your team complete confidence in the product behind your project.

  • For: Developers, investors, nonprofits, RV parks, ranch owners, contractors, and serious homebuyers.
  • Purpose: Answer every question you have about quality, process, and what it really takes to launch a community or tiny home project.
  • Outcome: You leave with clear next steps, real photos, and a feel for how we operate.
We want you to see everything, not just the pretty photos.

Why a Factory Tour Matters (StoryBrand Lens)

In your story, you’re the hero carrying the weight of a big decision — for your family, your investors, your board, or your community.

The villain is uncertainty: “Will this really work? Will these homes hold up? Is this the right partner?”

The tour is how we remove that uncertainty. You see the quality, meet the people, and watch the process so you can move forward with confidence.

How the Factory Tour Works.

Whether you’re looking at one tiny home or a 50-unit community, the tour follows a clear, simple path so your time is well spent.

  • 1
    Schedule Your Visit
We start by understanding who you are and what you’re exploring.
    • Tell us if you’re a homebuyer, developer, investor, nonprofit, RV park, or contractor.
    • Share basic details: timeline, budget range, and number of units you’re considering.
    • Pick a date and time that works for your team.
  • 2
    Walk the Floor & Models
This is where you see the difference up close.
    • Tour the production line and see how homes are framed, wired, insulated, and finished.
    • Step inside finished tiny homes, park models, and community units.
    • Ask our team anything — structure, codes, specs, delivery, installs, and more.
  • 3
    Plan Your Next Step
Before you leave, we help connect the dots between what you saw and what you’re building.
    • Review which models fit your project or property.
    • Talk through timelines, financing conversations, and delivery within our 300-mile radius.
    • Leave with a clear next step — quotes, site visit, or a multi-unit discovery call.

Factory Tour FAQ.

Quick answers to what most visitors ask before they come out.

Do I have to be “ready to buy” to schedule a tour?
No. Many of our best partners visited while they were still exploring options. The tour is designed to help you decide if Wolf Valley is the right fit — not to pressure you into a fast decision.
Can we bring our lender, board member, or investor?
Absolutely. If someone's approval is critical to your project, bringing them to see the factory can make financing or approvals much smoother.
Where are you located and how far do you deliver?
We build in Texas and typically deliver within a 300-mile radius. On the tour, we can confirm whether your project site falls inside our service area.
Can we talk about multi-unit or community projects during the tour?
Yes. If you're exploring a community, workforce housing, an RV park, or nonprofit village, we'll come prepared to talk through model mixes, timelines, and next steps specific to your project.
